Hand-painted wall art with wooden frame 83 x 4 x 123h cm

Hand-painted picture with a wooden frame, made of PS, pine wood and canvas, measuring 83 x 4 x 123 cm with a height of 123 cm. This version corresponds to the multicoloured colourway and combines black, white and beige with gold flecks. The composition shows a face with abstract features built up like a collage, with overlapping blocks of paint, fragments of printed text and strokes of paste that draw the eyes, nose and lips.

The layers of paste and overlapping fragments create an irregular relief across the whole surface, and the contrast between black and white areas defines the expression of the face. As it is painted by hand, the brushstrokes and textures may vary slightly from one piece to another. A slim black frame surrounds the artwork, with a depth of 4 cm that gives it presence on the wall.

At 83 x 123 cm in a portrait format, it is a large-format picture designed to take pride of place on the main wall of a living room, above the bed in a bedroom or in a spacious hallway, and its height also suits narrow, tall walls such as those in a corridor or beside a staircase. Its black-and-white contrast suits living rooms, bedrooms or studies in a contemporary style.
